A few nights ago I was totally craving Nachos. Not just chips with cheese melted over them, I'm talking real nachos! Rice, beans, nacho cheese, jalapeños.. Mmmm! I'm getting hungry just thinking about it haha! So I came up with this brilliant idea.. A nacho bar for dinner!

Wait Wait --- Did you see those paper plates and the lids under the containers?? Genius, eh? My husband (aka resident dish washer) loved me ;]
